EY-Parthenon appoints three new Partners to Private Equity practice

EY-Parthenon has announced the appointment of three new Partners to its Private Equity practice in the UK. 

The appointments of Clare Harris, Chris Robinson and Patricia Martin del Castillo will further strengthen the firm’s commitment to supporting private equity clients in an evolving market.

Clare Harris will be launching a new capability focused on growing EY-Parthenon’s procurement offering for private equity clients. Previously the global Chief Operating Officer at Proxima, part of Bain & Company, Clare brings extensive expertise to the role and will lead the development of procurement capabilities designed to help private equity portfolio companies unlock greater value through procurement cost reduction.

Chris Robinson joins from leading private equity house, Apax and brings 15 years of industry experience as an investor. Chris has a proven track record in originating and executing complex transactions, as well as supporting portfolio companies through periods of transformation and growth. He joins the EY-Parthenon Financial Diligence practice and will be focused on supporting private equity clients across sectors. 

Patricia Martin del Castillo joins the EY-Parthenon Financial Diligence practice, bringing 13 years of international transaction experience advising large pharma and private equity firms. She has worked in Madrid, New York and London, and her recent experience includes advising on both buy-side and sell-side transactions across pharma and biopharma, plasma and radiopharmaceuticals, pharma services, medtech, and public-to-private deals.
