Paul is EY Global Leader of Managed Services, which brings together more than 40,000 professionals globally. He helps our clients grow and protect their businesses, solve complex industry issues and capitalize on opportunities.

With more than 20 years of advisory experience, he assists senior executives in strategy, market entry, growth initiatives and business transformation.

Since joining EY, he has held a number of executive leadership roles, leading large-scale, cross-border M&A and business transformation engagements, overseeing both the operational aspects and the detailed analysis of regulatory and funding elements.

Throughout his career, Paul has focused on financial services, particularly strategic direction for companies – how they plan for success and execute against that plan.

A UK Chartered Accountant and trained engineer by background, his career has led him to work in markets around the world.

He holds a Bachelors in Engineering with honors in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Manchester.
