Massimiliano is EY Italy Assurance Leader at EY S.p.A. based in Milan, Italy. From 2017 to 2020 he served as Assurance Talent Leader for the EY Mediterranean Region and EY Milan’s Deputy Officer for the Assurance practice. In 2020, he was appointed EMEIA EY Private Assurance Leader and, in 2022, became EY Italy Assurance Leader, leading 1,600 professionals in 17 offices, all with the common goal of accelerating the business model transformation process by investing in technology, sector-based skills and talent. Massimiliano is also the EOY Leader in Italy.
Massimiliano graduated in Economics from Cattolica University in Milan, and is both a Certified Auditor and a Certified Public Accountant.
