Mirko is a Partner at EY, where he established in Milan a Practice of Organizational, Supply Chain & Operations and Digital Transformations, as well as Post Merger Integrations.
In the eighteen previous years, he held managerial roles at Ferrari NV and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. He has been a Chief Operating Officer and HR Director of the Ferrari F1 team from 2015 to 2022, where he innovated work methods and the Operating Model from an organizational, methodological and digital perspective.
In the previous years he was the Director of Innovation and Organization at Ferrari NV, developing the organizational and innovation model.
Between 2009 and 2013, he was a Senior Manager of Product Portfolio Planning at Fiat SpA, where he coordinated the initial product programs and collaboration between Fiat and Chrysler, as well as managing joint programs with OEMs in Japan. Previously, he was the Head of Organization and HR Management at the Ferrari F1 team in the early and mid-2000s.
Mirko began his career working at Accenture on organizational and digital transformations in various sectors. He graduated in Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin and studied Strategic Innovation at the MIT Sloan School. He has been a Guest Lecturer at MIT, Harvard, the Bologna Business School, and Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.
