EY-Parthenon invites you to join our NextGen Women 2026 event. We are inspired by women like you; ambitious women who challenge the status quo. The EY-Parthenon NextGen Women competition is designed especially for ambitious female talent. You’ll be introduced to the world of strategy, learn from others, and build a valuable network of like-minded women. Good to know: this event will be hosted entirely in English, Dutch is not required.

Location & eligibility

EY welcomes you to our Amsterdam office, located at Antonio Vivaldistraat 150 on the Zuidas. The office is easily accessible and within walking distance of Amsterdam Zuid and RAI stations. This event is aimed at female students who are in their third year of a bachelor’s degree, currently pursuing a master’s degree, or who have recently graduated, preferably with a background in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Econometrics. Do you have a technical background such as Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics and are curious about Finance and Strategy? You are also very welcome to apply.

We are looking for curious minds, proactive personalities, and women eager to explore what EY-Parthenon could mean for their future. You do not need to be a native Dutch speaker to participate. However, applicants must currently live in the Netherlands and either be studying here or have completed their studies in the Netherlands and still be based in the country.

World Finals

Will you become the next finalist? If so, you’ll be invited to participate in the World Finals, with the location to be announced this summer. During this international event, NextGen EY finalists from 40 countries come together to network with EY partners from around the world and compete with each other. Travel, accommodation, and all meals and drinks, from breakfast to the festive awards dinner, are fully covered.

Registration information

Applications close on Sunday, 29 March 2026. Participation is based on registration, so please let us know in time if you’d like to join. Based on all applications, we will select the students who will receive an invitation. If you are a female master’s student with a strong affinity for Finance and/or Strategy, you are likely part of our target group and have a good chance of being selected. We therefore recommend saving the date once you have registered.

You will hear from us by Friday, 3 April 2026 at the latest to confirm whether you’ve been selected. Once your participation is confirmed, you’ll receive more details about the program.
