The EY GCC Awards aim to showcase the remarkable stories of transformation, talent strategy and innovation across GCCs in India.

In this inaugural edition, EY India is looking for outstanding GCCs with transformational stories to join the EY GCC Awards list. This is an opportunity to nominate your company and highlight the exceptional work that you have been doing. The award is sector agnostic, and you can apply for one or more categories. 

The final decision was made by an independent panel of judges, based on the quantity and quality of the completed forms received by 31 July 2023.

Winners were announced on September 21, at the EY GCC Conclave 2023 in Bengaluru.

  • Eligibility criteria

    The GCC must have a presence in India.

  • Guidelines

    •  As part of the nomination process, GCCs are required to fill-up a question and upload supporting documents. For all award categories, the survey form should contain:
      • An overview of the role that the GCC played specific to the award category. For example, for the Best Innovation category, the explanation should include the role played by the GCC in creating the enabling ecosystem to support the innovation program.
      • Provide relevant quantitative metrics wherever possible to highlight impact/outcomes. 
    • It is imperative to provide supporting document(s) along with the nomination.
    • Case study can be attached as a part of supporting document.
    • As part of the supporting document(s), nominees can also add other relevant supporting materials such as links to social media, websites, news, or testimonials (combined together in a Word document).
    • The document(s) could be in either PDF, PowerPoint or Word saved as .zip file.
    • Maximum file size for uploading is 50MB.
    • Please provide information to the maximum level of detail/granularity possible.
    • The information will be solely used for internal evaluation purposes.

  • Judging panel and criteria

    The panel of judges consists of accomplished industry leaders. The judges will select finalists and winners in each category for the EY GCC Awards 2023. The judging criteria is based on the below listed parameters:

    • Strategic initiatives, talent strategy and innovation, leading to sustainable and quantifiable impact
    • For each award category, evaluation will solely be based on the subjective question and the supporting document(s)

  • Program calendar

    The EY GCC Awards 2023 program will be part of the EY GCC Conclave 2023 in Bengaluru, to be held in September. The EY GCC Conclave is our networking event for GCC leaders in India, focussed on trends and topics shaping the industry. The winners will be announced at the conclave.
