Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

  • When does the nomination process begin and how can I receive the notification?
    Our call for nominations begins in May 2023. To ensure that you are notified, please send an e-mail to Sayan.Banerjee@in.ey.com with a request to be added to the distribution list.
  • Who can submit a nomination for consideration?
    A Global Capability Center (GCC) with presence in India can submit their nomination.
  • Do I have to be an EY client?
    You do not need to be a client or have any relationship with EY to apply for the EY GCC Awards.
  • Are application forms kept confidential?
    Yes. The information mentioned in on the application forms will be used by EY (in connection with the administration of the award) and the panel of judges reviewing this program.
  • Is there a cost associated with this program?
    No cost is involved to file a nomination.
  • How do I submit a nomination?
    It is by invite only. Nominations must be submitted online through the link provided by EY. GCCs are required to fill-up a question and upload supporting document(s). In case of any query with respect to the nomination form, you can write to EYGCCAwards@in.ey.com.
  • Who are the judges?
    The panel of judges includes prominent industry leaders from diverse sectors.
  • What are the judging parameters?
    The judging criteria is based on the parameters listed below:
    • Strategic initiatives, talent strategy and innovation, leading to sustainable and quantifiable impact
    • For each award category, evaluation will solely be based on the subjective question and the supporting document(s)
  • How many finalists and winners will be selected?
    There will be one winner in each of the three categories. However, the final decision on the number of finalists will be decided by an independent panel of judges.
  • What categories will be honored?

    Best GCC Talent Strategy of the Year
    Best GCC Innovation of the Year
  • When will the winners be announced?
    The EY GCC Awards 2023 program will be part of the EY GCC Conclave 2023 in Bengaluru, to be held in September.
