Rye is the EY Americas Deputy Vice-Chair for EY‑Parthenon, working closely with clients to help them fuel innovation and create new value throughout every stage of the transformation journey. He has extensive experience in providing advice on complex capital events and has guided private equity and corporate clients through hundreds of transactions across diverse industries.
For more than 20 years, Rye has worked on various types of transaction-related projects, including public-to-private deals, middle-market buyouts, add-on acquisitions, seller support and strategic readiness, and working capital management.
Rye received his BS in Accounting and Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
