Ranu is a Principal in EY-Parthenon and has 20 years of experience in M&A, strategy and innovation, helping pharma, medtech and consumer companies deliver superior growth.

She has advised clients on multibillion-dollar global M&A transactions, supporting operating model development, go-to-market strategy, sales and marketing and revenue synergy assessments.

She has also advised Fortune 500 companies on corporate and market entry strategies and led end-to-end product development and innovation for a range of products and services.

Ranu has lived in India, Italy and Germany and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.
