Theodoros is a Senior in EY-Parthenon's Transaction and Corporate Finance team. His experience spans financial due diligence, business and asset valuations across a range of sectors, including real estate and financial services. Prior to joining EY, he worked as an Investment Manager at HSBC Asset Management, where he was involved in investment analysis, financial modelling, and credit research covering listed bond issuers. Theodoros is a CFA Charterholder and holds postgraduate qualifications in Financial Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Jack Pisani - EY Parthenon Senior
Jack is a Senior Analyst within EY's Parthenon practice, specialising in Transactions and Corporate Finance. Since joining EY, he has advised private equity firms and corporates on a wide range of financial due diligence, vendor support, and strategic advisory engagements across multiple industries and international markets. Through his work, he supports clients in assessing financial performance, business drivers, working capital, and investment opportunities. Jack holds a Master of Science in Economics and is a CFA Level II candidate, bringing both academic and practical perspectives to financial statement analysis.
