Who Should Attend?
This training course is addressed to those responsible for preparing and analysing financial statements under IFRS. It is intended for people who already have knowledge of international standards and need to update this knowledge, especially due to new or amended standards introduced in the last two years.
Session Outline
The session will start with an overview of IFRS 18: Presentation and Disclosure in Financial Statements, covering new requirements for financial statements, particularly the income statement and the statement of cash flows, applicable from 2027.
This will be followed by a review of recent developments, including IFRS Interpretations Committee (IFRS IC) agenda decisions issued by the IASB, as well as other updates that have been introduced or are currently under discussion and will impact preparers of financial statements.
The session will conclude with a Q&A segment, allowing participants to raise questions and clarify key topics.
