Transfer Pricing meets Technology

Event Outline

This session aims to provide a practical perspective on Transfer Pricing, exploring its potential as a strategic tool for optimizing business value chains and enhancing overall outcomes. We intend to facilitate engaging discussions regarding the challenges and issues identified during the audit phase, now that the first year of implementation of the Malta Transfer Pricing Framework has concluded. Additionally, we will address the readiness that businesses must cultivate to prevent these issues from recurring in the future.

A significant portion of the discussion will focus on the role of technology in Transfer Pricing—examining its current impact and potential future contributions to achieving optimal outcomes. 

The session will feature real case studies and experiences presented by senior service line leaders in an interactive panel format, which we believe will be highly relevant to our target audience. We are eager to hear insights from industry leaders who have been affected by Transfer Pricing, allowing us to understand their experiences and the relevance of this subject on both local and global scales.
