Gilbert is a Partner in EY’s Strategy and Transactions team.
He joined EY in 2002, assisting a broad range of public and private sector clients, seeking to structure, invest and develop projects, as well as in the preparation of financial models, feasibility studies, financial analyses and due diligence support.
He has provided transaction support and business risk services to several multi-national institutions in the UK, Italy, Greece, Cyprus and Switzerland.
Gilbert holds an MSc in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant and a fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants.
