Charles leads our UK&I Sell and Separate team, having more than three decades of advising clients on transactions.

He is specifically focused on tailoring the sale preparation for specific buyers to help minimize delays and risks, and to focus on achieving value throughout the entire transaction life cycle.

Charles joined EY in 1985 and has worked on public and privately owned business transactions since 1987. He graduated from Durham University with a degree in Economics and Economic History.

How Charles is building a better working world

Charles is a founding sponsor for the EY-supported BeyondMe, an organization that pairs teams of professionals who donate their time and skills to charity projects.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Charles has also set up a charity to provide pony riding experiences and therapy to terminally ill and severely disabled children and their families.
