Andrea is a partner with the Transaction Diligence Services at EY Italy, coordinating the EY Europe West region buy and integrate effort and leading the Italian Transaction Diligence team at EY Italy. He has been a member of the Ernst & Young’s transaction support group since 2004.
Andrea has worked on over 200 transactions in Italy, the UK, the USA, Turkey and Brazil.
In buy-side and sell-side projects, Andrea assists corporate and private equity clients with financial due diligence process, carve-out transactions, analyzing purchase price adjustment mechanisms and other contract issues.
Andrea spent two years in the Transaction Support office of San Francisco, California, mainly serving PE clients.
Andrea is a Certified Public Accountant in Italy since 2007, holds a BS in Economics from La Sapienza University, a Master’s degree from Ernst & Young Business School and has attended Management classes at the Babson College in Boston.
