EY Armenia Included in ISAE 3402 Type 2 Audit, Achieves Unqualified Report

EY Armenia is pleased to announce that it has been included in this year’s ISAE 3402 Type 2 Audit, which evaluated the effectiveness of internal controls and processes as part of a comprehensive review conducted across 95 EY countries worldwide.

The audit report, issued on 14 January 2026, confirmed that all countries within the audit scope, including EY Armenia, were compliant with the Payroll Controls Framework applicable to all in-scope countries.

EY Armenia is proud to share that the audit resulted in an unqualified report, signifying that no significant exceptions were noted by the independent external auditor. This outcome further affirms that EY, as a Service Organization, remains fully compliant with the Global Payroll Controls Framework.

Receiving an unqualified ISAE 3402 audit report represents an important milestone for the EY Armenia team and reflects the firm’s unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service quality, reliability, and operational excellence.
