EY Armenia Announces Appointment of New Consulting Partner

EY is pleased to announce a significant leadership appointment within its Consulting practice. Effective 1 July 2026, Artur Grigoryan will be promoted to Partner, recognizing his extensive experience, strong leadership and contribution to the development of EY’s  Consulting services in Armenia, as well as the broader Central Asia and Caucasus region.

Artur is currently Head of Consulting Practice in Armenia and leads the EY’s Government and Public Services sector across the Central Asia and Caucasus region.  With over 22 years of professional experience spanning consulting, telecommunications, retail and public sector transformation, he has built a strong track record of delivering impactful results. His career includes more than a decade in executive leadership roles, including C-level positions in leading Armenian companies, as well as experience with global consulting firms.

 

He has extensive expertise in business and commercial strategy, corporate governance, budgeting frameworks and large-scale transformation projects. At EY, Artur has led complex engagements in both public and private sectors, including  transformation initiatives and economic development projects.

 

Artur holds an MBA from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business (USA), a Doctor of Economics degree from the Economic Research Institute of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Armenia and an Economist degree from Yerevan State University.
