Gayane serves as Strategy and Transactions practice Leader for EY in Armenia. Over 14 years of extensive experience of providing transaction advisory and assurance services to wide range of clients mostly in financial sector including banking, insurance, leasing, investments and other. Gayane specializes in due diligence, business modelling and valuation services, consultation on implementation of IFRS requirements to the certain banks’ transactions and IPO diagnostics.
Gayane graduated from Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) State University, Economic faculty in 2005. Gayane is an ACCA student. Knows Russian, English, Armenian languages.
