She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that empower more than 72,000 people across the Americas to deliver exceptional client service while building a better working world.

In the past 3.5 years, EAN has helped almost 300 CEOs and founders obtain more than 11,000 mentoring hours, connect with $51m in funding and receive proposal support for over $600m in new contracts and services.

How Nit is building a better working world

As the granddaughter of the first Black business owner on Main Street in Greenville, SC, Nit is passionate about helping diverse-owned companies succeed and drive change within communities. As a former entrepreneur and president of a boutique marketing firm, she is all too familiar with the common challenges encountered by minority business owners.

A graduate of Pratt Institute and a lifelong creative, Nit values the cultural and educational enrichment and positive impact of the arts. She shares her talents and financial support with several organizations, addressing the arts, mentoring and community development. She has led initiatives for the Woodruff Arts Center Employee for the Arts Campaign, resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations, and she has served as a supporter of the Woodruff Women’s Giving Circle.

Nit encourages change-making through big thinking and inspiring others to do the same to help achieve equity for all.
