Igal has a wealth of experience advising corporations and lenders on corporate finance and restructuring matters having spent a significant portion of his career in this field. Additionally, he spent time as a risk advisory consultant where he focused on helping companies with business process redesign and re-engineering.

Igal leads the EY Region of The Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands Strategy and Execution group. He focuses on restructuring and insolvencies, due diligence, divestitures, capital and debt advisory, and M&A services.

He advises debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, bondholders, shareholders and governments in engagements ranging from M&A support to performance enhancement of solvent companies and dealing with deeply distressed situations.

Igal is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee, a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional and has worked on engagements in Canada, the US, The Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, the Netherlands and other select countries.
