Jon Garbutt

Jon is a Partner for Supply Chain Consulting at Ernst & Young LLP, where he helps organizations transform their end‑to‑end operations through innovative, technology‑enabled approaches. He also serves as Consulting Account Leader for a major consumer products organization and acts as the Global Lead for Supply Chain AI, shaping how advanced analytics and emerging technologies unlock new value for clients.

Since joining the EY organization, Jon has held several leadership roles, including Head of Supply Chain & Operations and Head of Finance Transformation & GBS in Poland. He later led the Performance Improvement and Business Consulting practices, guiding large multidisciplinary teams and advancing EY’s market presence. Before joining the EY organization, Jon gained broad international experience in supply chain and operational transformation across Europe and North America. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Management Sciences from Loughborough University.
