EY Georgia Announces Appointment of New Country Managing Partner

EY is pleased to announce the appointment of Tato Chantladze as the Country Managing Partner of EY Georgia, effective 1 July 2025. This leadership transition reflects EY’s ongoing commitment to fostering strong local leadership and supporting long-term growth across the region.

Tato joined EY in 2021 as a direct admit Partner and has since successfully led the Tax and Law Practice in Georgia. Tato has over 20 years of experience in overseeing the delivery of professional services, with particular focus on business tax advisory services, corporate law matters, banking and M&A transactions.

A qualified attorney in both Georgia and New York, Tato’s extensive background includes senior roles as General Counsel and Deputy CEO at two major Georgian banks. His strong leadership and strategic vision will now steer EY Georgia’s broader practice, focusing on expanding the EY Law brand, enhancing growth in Consulting and Strategy and Transactions (SaT) teams, and integrating advanced technology into our professional services.

Tato will succeed Ruslan Khoroshvili, who has served as Country Managing Partner since 2012, overseeing significant growth in the Georgia Practice. Ruslan will now assume the role of Country Managing Partner in Uzbekistan.
