As EY EMEIA Financial Services Tax & Legal Leader, Anna has been working with global investment banks and has harnessed extensive knowledge in the field taxation for complex financial instruments.

With nearly 20 years of experience in professional services, she has led a number of projects assessing the impact of companies adopting International Financial Reporting Standards. Having led many high-profile M&As and reconstructions, Anna is seasoned in providing international tax advice to the banking sector.

Anna also works closely with the corporate social responsibility team of EY EMEIA Financial Services and helps drive the organization’s sustainability agenda. Prior to joining EY, she served as a Tax Advisor in another Big Four firm.

Anna earned a degree in Law from the University of Cambridge.
