Raja Debnath is a Partner in the Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) practice of EY India. With over 30 years of experience in driving safety, health, and operations functions, he brings deep domain expertise in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), supporting organizations in their safety cultural transformation.

Prior to working in EY, he was associated with one of the world's largest chemical companies, where he consulted in operational risk management and employee safety, with a focus on Chemicals, Industrial, Metals and Mining, Oil and Gas sectors. Further, he was also responsible for expanding business in the Middle East.

Raja holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Kurukshetra, Haryana.
