He works closely with Forbes 2000 banking, insurance and asset management organizations to establish and transform GCCs and Shared Services Centers across India, Eastern Europe and Latin America.
His proficiency spans location strategy, insourcing and outsourcing advisory, operating model design, and end-to-end GCC setup, helping organizations drive operational efficiency and innovation. Manoj is a member of the CII Task Force dedicated to building a National Framework for GCCs. He is also a recognized speaker on the future of financial services, disruption and automation.
Manoj is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies.
