Jenn has over 15 years of experience in human resources strategy and management consultancy in organizations undergoing pivotal transitions, through mergers and acquisitions, transformation, or complex change management initiatives. She's a pillar of stability and calmness as a leader, who supports clients to achieve their objectives with a human-centered approach, even amid the most turbulent change.

Being the Global Talent Leader for Strategy and Transactions and a champion of development, Jenn takes pride in being a mentor and coach, advocating for authenticity and elevating others to discover their best selves.

Previously, Jenn spearheaded change management programs on multi-million-dollar engagements that span mergers and acquisitions, talent management, business transformation and systems implementations.
