David Gay

As the EY Milwaukee Office Managing Partner, David leads nearly 230 professionals in the Wisconsin practice across Assurance, Tax, SaT, and Consulting. David serves on the Central Region leadership team, collaborating globally to connect firm resources with EY people, clients and communities. A career audit professional with nearly 30 years of experience, David works closely with senior leadership, audit committees and boards to address complex business issues. His focus includes multinational industrial and consumer products companies, as well as those in technology, distribution, and financial services. 

David holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is a CPA, AICPA, and WICPA member. He is an active member on the boards of United Way, Boys & Girls Clubs, Greater Milwaukee Foundation, UW Center for Advanced Studies in Business, Metro Milwaukee Association of Commerce, and a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee.
