Scott helps lead the EY-Parthenon private equity industrials and commercial services sector team.

For over nearly two decades, Scott has advised a wide range of clients, mostly private equity firms and their portfolio companies, within the industrials and business services sectors. Scott has led more than 500 commercial engagements in buy- and sell-side diligence and corporate growth strategy, and has advised clients on value-building transactions throughout the deal cycle.

Scott graduated with a BA in Economics, and as a Phi Beta Kappa alumnus and summa cum laude, from Duke University. He received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar with high distinction.
