As an EY-Parthenon principal, Dave helps clients make better corporate finance decisions. He has extensive experience in M&A, divestitures, strategic planning, portfolio strategy, financial reporting, tax planning, and valuation.

Dave also serves as the lead EY-Parthenon partner for several large advanced manufacturing and mobility companies, and has nearly 20 years of experience helping clients with large buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Dave earned a BS in Industrial Engineering as well as Finance from Lehigh University. He is a CFA charter holder.
