In her cross-island role, she works alongside EY Channel Islands leadership teams to help deliver the Talent and recruitment strategy of the organization.
Andrea also focuses on fostering a work culture that nurtures diversity and helps deliver learning and development programmes to allow EY people to reach their career goals and aspirations.
Andrea has a Level 5 CIPD qualification in HR Management.
