David is an partner, Ernst & Young LLP, in Guernsey, with responsibility for EY Guernsey tax practice.
David has over 20 years of tax experience, ranging from personal tax for high-net-worth individuals to corporate tax for multinational groups.
He joined the organization in 1997 as a tax consultant based in Leeds, followed by several years working for EY in New Zealand. He returned to the UK before moving to Guernsey in 2013.
David is Chair of the Tax Sub-Committee of the Guernsey Society of Chartered and Certified Accountants, and is a member of various government working parties, contributing to the development of local and international tax policy and practice.
David holds a degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Chartered Accountant with the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
