Leo leads EY Channel Islands Technology Risk teams at Ernst & Young LLP, where he works to drive EY innovation and digital agenda across the Channel Islands.

The Channel Islands Technology Risk team seeks to provide techology-driven solutions to help reduce businesses risks and address challenges. They apply an integated approach to risk that assesses businesses processes, policies, systems and controls. The teams is also at the heart of the Channel Islands innovation and provide appropriate intelligent automation, robotics and data anayltics.

Leo joined EY member firm in Jersey in 2014 after spending three years in financial audit and two years as an IT risk assurance manager in Johannesburg.

Leo has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg, and is a qualified chartered accountant (South Africa) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
