With more than 15 years at EY, she now serves as a senior transformation leader with deep expertise designing Target Operating Models, re‑engineering end‑to‑end business processes, and elevating customer experience across public and private sector organizations. She advises C‑suite executives on enterprise risk, governance, and large‑scale operational redesign, and has delivered shared service, ERM, and compliance frameworks for regional financial institutions.
