EY announces appointment of Managing Partner in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, 10 June, 2025 – EY announces the appointment of Ruslan Khoroshvili as the Managing Partner of EY in Uzbekistan, effective 1 July 2025. This appointment underscores the strategic importance of Uzbekistan for EY and reflects the growing interest in this dynamically developing market.

Ruslan has over 25 years of experience in auditing, energy, and the financial sector. Since 2012, he has served as the Managing Partner of EY in Georgia, where under his leadership, the company showed results above the market and was at the forefront of innovation. His experience working in the CIS countries allows him to deeply understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by companies in Central Asia. Ruslan began his career in 1999 at Georgian Consulting Group and continued his career at EY in 2003.
