How Gavin is building a better working world

My passion is to help organizations and the people within them to transform themselves in order to continue to allow them to be relevant and to drive value. I have worked with leaders from CEOs and CFOs to heads of GBS organizations to help them move ahead by working with them to try to make themselves obsolete. I believe that we should be working to use technology for the ordinary to allow humans to focus on the extraordinary.
