Karen Hopkins leads the EY Global Future of Transformation Program to help clients enhance their skills, networks and practices to more successfully transform their organizations, leveraging the expertise of EY and our ecosystem partners.

In her previous role, Karen was the EY Global CMO and Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) Leader for seven years, leading a team of over 2,500 BMC specialists across more than 150 countries.

Karen has a successful track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results-oriented programs and functional transformation. She has lived and worked for EY in the UK, Hong Kong and Australia.

Previously, as a member of the EY Global Corporate Responsibility Governance Council, Karen led a program of opportunities to engage EY people in improving social equality.

She earned a graduate diploma in Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing) from Curtin University.
