Mark is an executive director in the Supply Chain and Operations consulting services practice of Ernst & Young LLP with 30 years of project and operations management experience in consulting and industry.

He has an emphasis on enterprise transformation, process improvement, product development, product life cycle management, operational excellence, and complex program and project management. His experience spans a multitude of sectors, including automotive, manufacturing, construction materials, consumer products and retail, publishing, and restaurants.

Mark previously served as the VP of Product Development for part of a home appliance manufacturer, where he was responsible for the development, introduction and improvement of consumer durable products.

He graduated with an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing. He also has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue.
