As the EY Global Chief Marketing Strategy & Operations Officer, Kate has transformed the Marketing pillar within the Global Brand, Marketing & Communications function, aligning marketing efforts with revenue generation to drive growth.

Kate has over 25 years of experience in shaping and executing global marketing strategies for leading organizations including GE and WPP. Throughout her career, she has pioneered initiatives that connect marketing activities directly to sales. She authored "B2B Marketing Fundamentals: Drive Impact Across Brand, Reputation, Relationships and Revenue”, was named a 2023 Global Trendsetter and Trailblazer by B2B Marketing, and included in the Cranfield School of Management’s “Women to Watch 2024.” 

How Kate is shaping the future with confidence

Kate is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive marketing environment. She launched the Associate Development Program to create equitable access for individuals from varied socioeconomic backgrounds and actively mentors future female leaders and early career professionals.

She also teaches at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, sharing her expertise with the next generation of marketing leaders.
