Areas of focus

Patricia works with members of the EY Global Insurance management team to align analysis and insights which are used to drive conversations with clients and help them define and achieve their strategic objectives.

She has more than 20 years of insurance industry experience, having worked within the Strategy and Insight functions for two UK insurers as well as Head of Insurance Content.

Patricia has a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a BSc in Strategic Systems Management from Bournemouth University.

“By working with senior colleagues across our network and connecting with external clients and stakeholders, I focus on understanding how the insurance industry needs to transform to be able to deliver customer focused and digitally enabled propositions. I lead a team which develops insights on strategic topics that help clients navigate the ever-changing shifts in customer expectations and needs, the regulatory environment and other market factors such as ESG.”
