Areas of focus

Jean-Christophe heads the Global Transaction Law services in EY member firm offices in more than sixty countries. He also co-heads our Paris Business Law services.

Jean-Christophe has more than twenty years of experience in advising French and foreign mid-market and clients from multinational companies (MNC) on domestic and cross-border buy-side, sell-side and joint venture (medium and large-scale) transactions.

Before joining the French Arthur Andersen teams (now EY teams), he worked for two years as in-house counsel for a French MNC in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications field (including in the US and Canada), and five years in a first-tier law firm based in Strasbourg and Paris.

Jean-Christophe holds a DEA (equivalent to US JD) in European Union Law from the Université Robert Schuman of Strasbourg, and the CAPA (license to practice law).
