How John is building a better working world
"Growth doesn’t happen by chance. Whether it is personal growth or business growth, understanding and taking an interest in the specific needs and challenges of the people that I work with, while focusing on the solutions rather than the problems, is how I help build a better working world. It gives me a real sense of pride and satisfaction and I hope that I instill that passion in others."
