As the EY Americas Strategy and Transactions Technology, Media & Entertainment and Telecommunications (TMT) Industry Leader, Malinda helps clients unlock growth and drive value from transactions, focusing on enabling data-driven decision-making in support of M&A, divestitures, value creation and growth strategy. Malinda collaborates with TMT clients addressing complex issues by blending financial analysis, operational knowledge, data science, emerging technologies and AI to support diligence, integration, value creation, exit readiness and separation.
She previously held several leadership roles with a multinational consulting company driving commercial strategy, analytics and transformational engagements with TMT clients, helping them develop customer-centric business models to drive improved revenue and profitability using analytics, digital, M&A and new commercial models. Malinda worked directly with CXOs across all facets of business model innovation, new go-to-market models, sales and marketing effectiveness, and pricing.
Malinda has a BS in Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Cornell University.
