Ulrich (short “Uli”) is EY-Parthenon partner since 2020 and has more than 20 years of Strategy, Technology, Media and Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) and Digital Infrastructure experience. He joined EY in 2018, and has since led more than 100 TMT strategy and commercial due diligence projects. His focus is on 5G, IoT and fiber networks, and telecoms towers, and data centers.

Prior to EY, he was Vice President of Strategy at a global telecoms equipment vendor, responsible for the strategy of several European business units. Prior to this, Uli worked with the executive team and shareholders of a leading digital infrastructure business, driving strategic transformation. And before that, he advised a range of TMT clients on topics such as growth and technology strategy, regulatory economics, spectrum valuation and operational excellence.

Uli holds a PhD in Digital Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München as well as two other German university degrees.
