EY Scholarship
The program recognizes and rewards students with exemplary entrepreneurial spirit through a business case competition. Offered in under-graduate colleges across India, EY Scholars are awarded scholarships worth INR 1 lakh each and a two-month internship at EY in India.
EY NextGen Women
A unique global program that recognizes talented young women with transformational ideas and the potential to join our diverse and purpose-driven teams in Strategy and Transactions. The program looks to select women from commerce, accounting, business and economics backgrounds with a global, analytical and innovative mind-set to help EY clients navigate complexity and build a better working world.
Campus Anchor
It is our endeavour to strengthen our relationship with students and help them know EY better as an organization. Students from premier campuses are given the opportunity to spend a day at EY offices and interact with EY leadership and talent team in India to first-hand understand our business and the exceptional EY experience. We also have a Campus Anchor recognition program for those who strengthen the EY brand in their campus and partner with us in our journey to build a better working world.
Partner Sponsor
As part of this program, a senior leader from EY is appointed as the Partner Sponsor for each of the key university campuses in India. This initiative is an integral part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen relationships with students and build a workforce of the future. Partner Sponsors are actively involved in their role as the knowledge partners and representatives of the exceptional EY brand.
Leaders’ Speak Sessions
A series that includes interactive sessions with EY leadership on topical subjects such as career opportunities, leaders’ career journeys and the future of work. The sessions help students become future-ready as they gain awareness from the perspectives and experiences the EY leaders share. Through Leaders’ Speak Sessions , students also gain an insight into the world of work at EY and can match their skills and ambitions with the opportunities that are available with us.
Tax Outreach
The Tax Outreach is a specialized workshop conducted by our Tax leaders at campuses which focuses on concepts and case studies. The participating students are evaluated at the end of the program with the top scorers securing summer internship with EY.
