A second-generation entrepreneur, Mr. Abhishek Lodha has reshaped India’s luxury real estate landscape. The driving force behind one of the country’s largest real estate brands, he has reshaped the landscape of premium housing by elevating design and scale. After starting his career as a consultant, he joined the family business in 2003, taking over from his father, Mr. Mangal Prabhat Lodha, who founded the company in 1980. With strategic clarity and a global outlook, Mr. Abhishek Lodha has driven extraordinary business growth over the past two decades years, with revenue of INR13,780 crore in FY25.

His 2005 acquisition of the 7.5-acre Apollo Mill in Mumbai and transforming it into a landmark residential complex created a distinct identity on the global stage. Collaborating with global icons such as Armani/Casa and Philippe Starck, he brought worldclass aesthetics to Indian homes.

Under his leadership, the group has ventured into new growth segments including office, retail, warehousing, data centers, and facility management to create asset as well as recurring service-based revenue streams. Mr. Lodha has adopted a capital-light model that is centered on joint development and land arrangements. This approach has improved returns and accelerated expansion across segments and regions.

Mr. Lodha is equally passionate about sustainable growth.
