Nilesh Gupta

Nilesh D Gupta, Managing Director, joined Lupin in 2002 and has been responsible for the Company’s research, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory operations. He has been instrumental in formulating and executing the Company’s core strategy, enabling Lupin to emerge as a global leader in the generics space and in India.

Mr. Gupta is a Chemical Engineer from the University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT), Mumbai, and holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.

He is also a member of the Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee and Strategy Committee.
