Abhishek is a seasoned professional with over two decades of expertise in human resource management, operations, and management consulting. Currently serving as Partner, People Advisory Services at EY, he focuses on four key areas:
- Building, leading, and strengthening the Total Rewards Practice across various market segments in India.
- Expanding People Advisory Services’ presence in the dynamic landscape of new-age digital enterprises and startups.
- Establishing a robust HR Technology transformation practice at EY India.
- Driving the creation of a multi-disciplinary learning business with technology at its core.
Before joining EY, Abhishek served as the Chief Operating Officer at Zeta, where he was an integral part of the executive leadership team. Prior to Zeta, he held the position of CHRO, Head of Consumer Experience, and Corporate Services at Myntra (Flipkart group). His impressive career also includes a decade-long tenure with Aon Hewitt, showcasing his extensive experience and leadership in the field.
