Amarpal is a Partner and India Mobility Leader in People Advisory Services practice of EY in India.
He has done extensive work in the spheres of global mobility and employee taxation, from inbound as well as outbound perspective keeping in mind the company’s philosophy, reward strategy, cost optimization, immigration and employment law requirements, payroll models, tax and social security considerations, use of tax treaties and exchange control regulations. He has also appeared before the tax appellate authorities in his capacity as an expert in the field. His responsibilities also extend towards strengthening the effectiveness of the organisation-wide campaigns on diversity and inclusiveness.
Amarpal is a chartered accountant, holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and has completed certifications in Operations, People and Customer Analytics.
