Arindam Sen is a Partner in Core Business Services at EY India, where he leads the firm’s growth agenda for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications sector. With over 25 years of experience, he has shaped strategy and executed global enterprise IT systems and infrastructure programs, while also driving end-user productivity initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Arindam restructured India’s offshore IT operations and went on to lead some of the largest and most complex technology transformations worldwide. These experiences have given him a deep understanding of both the pitfalls and the success factors that define large-scale digital change.

Since joining EY six years ago, he has built and led a high-performing team that leverages emerging technologies to accelerate modernization, cloud adoption, and simplification—helping clients unlock new growth opportunities.

Arindam holds an Engineering degree and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
