Ashish has worked extensively across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, helping both public and private sector organizations align their workforce strategies with business goals.
He has deep experience in designing and operationalizing competency frameworks, running assessment centers, and leading high-potential programs. Ashish specializes in aligning people strategies with broader business goals, driving performance, and embedding cultural change at scale.
Ashish holds a PGDM in HR from IMT Ghaziabad, has completed the CORe program from Harvard Business School, and earned a degree in History (Hons.) from Delhi University.
